Track Your Order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a phone number to contact someone?

    We do not currently offer phone support as we feel we are able to offer our best customer care through email. We respond to every email we receive. If you did not receive a response to your message, please check your spam folder or send another message. Messages will be returned within 24 business hours.

  • How long will it take me to receive my order?

    Please refer to our Shipping Information for our current Lead Time. NOTE: ALL ORDERS HAVE A LEAD TIME, regardless of what shipping method you choose or what you order. Lead time is the time it takes for us to process your order and begins the next business day after you order. If you need an item sooner, please contact us before placing your order or immediately after. Depending on our production flow and time of year, we may be able to expedite your order if it has not been sent back to production yet. Shipping time is how long it takes to receive your order once it ships.

    A Bottle Breacher is a handmade, personalized product. All products have the same lead-time, regardless of engraving because each Bottle Breacher is made to order. We are still a small business that manually prints each order and do not have live tracking showing your order status during production, so we kindly ask customers to refer to our lead time. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking information.

  • Can I make a change to my order once I have placed it? Can I cancel my order?

    We do our best to ship orders out quickly, so the window for making any changes or cancelling orders is very short. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the change, as long as the order has not been sent back to production. Once your order goes back to production we are unable to cancel your order or make changes even if it hasn’t shipped yet.

  • I have an important engagement coming up and need my order quicker than the normal turnaround time. Can I pay a rush fee to get it sooner?

    If you contact us prior to ordering or immediately after, then we can usually get your order on a rush list the next business day. Depending on when you need your order by, we may require you to upgrade your shipping to one of the 3 FedEx Express options to ensure your order is received in time. We are more than happy to give you a quote for the different shipping options.

  • Can you do military logos including those for Marines, Air Force, Navy and Army?

    We are currently in the process of getting the trademark rights to be able to engrave all official military insignias, but at this time we only have permission to use the Army logo. Until we obtain proper licensing rights to use the other military branch logos, we are, unfortunately, unable to offer them for sale. Most military personnel love our most popular Breacher: the American Flag.

    We can also engrave any text you would like including Marines, USMC, Air Force, USAF, Navy, etc. Standard engraving is 25 characters of text, including spaces and punctuation.

  • Will my Breacher tarnish or rust?

    Because our Breachers are real brass casings, they will tarnish, especially if stored in the kitchen drawer.  There is an easy fix called Blue Magic Polish—it can be found at most auto stores like Walmart, O’Reilly Auto Parts or Pep Boys. You can also order Blue Magic Polish online.

  • Does your apparel run true-to size?

    Our shirts are not pre-shrunk and tend to run small so we recommend ordering a size up. Sizes available are: Womens (Small – XXLarge) and Mens (Medium – XXLarge)

  • I received my order and I misspelled something on my engraving. Can I exchange it or get a refund?

    Since our products are personalized, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on misspellings that were not the fault of Bottle Breacher. If you ordered a non-personalized item or need to exchange apparel for sizing, please contact us so we can initiate the return process for you!

  • I received my order but there is a problem. How do I get it corrected?

    If your order is defective, missing something or misspelled by us, please contact us immediately.

    For defective items or misspellings, please include a clear picture of your item and the QC card included with your order so we can expedite the process of getting your order corrected.

  • What precautions do I take when traveling with Bottle Breacher products?

    For all Freedom Frags and Pineapple Frags– Do NOT take these into any airport or Federal/Government building. Bottle Breacher will not be held liable for any legal action taken against you or replacing your Freedom Frag Bottle Breacher when confiscated.

    For Bottle Breachers and Keychains -The airport and airport security can be unpredictable as to what they deem appropriate to be brought through security. If it is not possible for you to mail the item ahead of time to your destination, you MUST put your Bottle Breacher in your checked luggage, including our key chains. They will be confiscated by TSA if you try to take them in your carry-on luggage or even left on your keys.Please note that we are not responsible for confiscated, lost, or stolen items.

  • Do you have any problems with orders going through customs to other countries?

    We ship to many countries with no problem. We do offer shipping to Australia and often have no problems with customers receiving their Bottle Breachers. However, some customers have experienced problems with Australian customs holding their Bottle Breacher shipments, requiring the customer to produce legal documents to pick up the order. We are not able to provide any customs documents.

    By purchasing Bottle Breachers, you are agreeing that, while we will ship your item, we cannot guarantee it will make it through customs. Please know that mailing failures are not the responsibility of Bottle Breacher or a reflection of dedication to our customers.

    **Our pricing does NOT include taxes and duties, which will be accessed when the order reaches the country it is going to. These fees will need to be paid by the recipient. If you are sending a gift please comment in the notes section of your order “Please mark GIFT for customs” or let us know immediately after you order by contacting us so we can mark your package accordingly.

  • My tracking number says my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

    Shipped via USPS – If USPS says they have delivered your package, it is very likely that it was delivered to the wrong box.

    It is our experience that most people are honest and will return packages delivered to the wrong address. When returning the package to the post office, it takes a few days to re-route to the correct recipient. It is also possible that your package is still in the hands of USPS as the tracking update occurs when the package is scanned to be placed in the truck for final delivery, not upon actual delivery. In this case, your package could have been placed in the wrong local delivery truck, in which case, it will re-route in a matter of days.

    If after another week you still have not received your package, please file a claim with USPS at USPS Claims.

    Once you have filed this report, please contact us with the confirmation number and an attached copy of the reply you are given by USPS when it becomes available and we will look into reshipping, provided you have filled out the report, sent us the confirmation number, and on a case-by-case basis.

    Hopefully, you will receive your package very soon. If we re-ship your replacement order, and the original order does arrive to you at any point, please refuse the shipment or write “Return to Sender” on the package and drop it off at the post office to be returned to us.

    Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen and undeliverable packages paid without insurance and post office failures are not a reflection of Bottle Breacher’s dedication to customer service.

    For USPS International – USPS does not provide tracking for International orders once it leaves the United States and packages can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered internationally. If after 6 weeks you haven’t received your package, please contact us.

    Shipped via FedEx – Please contact FedEx with your tracking number. If they believe your package is lost, please file a claim with them. If you need support from us, please contact us.

  • Do you have any current coupon codes?

    We release coupon codes often. Please subscribe to our newsletter so you can be alerted when a new one comes out.

  • I already ordered, can the coupon code that just came out be applied to my order?

    Please note promotions are only effective during the specified date range when the appropriate coupon code is used, and cannot be retroactively applied even if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking details.

    We do have several discounts depending on the nature of your order!

Policies

Engraving Information

Please clearly indicate what you want engraved on each of your Bottle Breachers. The product will be engraved exactly as you indicate. Text will be engraved in ALL CAPS (except Script, which is our cursive font), and will be engraved in the same font size. For example, if you request CoreLocationX you will receive CORELOCATIONX. Please note, this cannot be changed. Note, the longer the text the smaller the engraving will look.

Engraving includes 1 line of text up to 25 characters, including spaces, excluding keychains and whiskey bullets. Keychain engraving is 1 line of text up to 10 characters including spaces. Whiskey Bullets is 1 line of text up to 9 characters, including spaces, per bullet. We only offer text engraving on one side of the Bottle Breacher. If your order has an engraving request of more than what is allocated it will be pulled from production and you will be contacted, causing a delay in your order.

Our Bottle Breachers are made by more than one engraver. Because of this, not all Breachers will look the same. An order placed this month might vary from an order placed last month depending on whom is engraving, as we have a day shift and night shift. If you need your engraving to look the same for a wedding order or for multiple gifts please order them at the same time.

We strive to offer over-the-top customer service and want every client happy with their purchase. Should you for any reason not be, please Contact Us within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

Changes, Cancellations & Return Policy

ORDER CHANGES

Due to processing time, we cannot honor any change requests to orders after purchase. Please double-check and carefully review your order before submitting it.

Cancellations

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Because of this, the window for cancelling orders is very short and since the majority of our orders are personalized, we cannot restock them if returned. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.

Returns

We only accept returns on unengraved products. We will refund you the total minus the shipping costs and you are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Discontinued

ALL discontinued products are FINAL Sale and sold AS-IS with no returns or exchanges available.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by debit/credit card or Amazon Pay. International orders will be charged duties/taxes when delivered, billed by carrier. Due to sales tax laws, we are now required to charge sales tax in most States.

Please note that when you place an order your card or payment account will be charged immediately, not when your order is shipped. We ship first-in, first-out and your payment reserves your order spot.

Shipment Questions

Traveling with your Breacher: When flying domestically or internationally, please check your Bottle Breacher in your bag. Our experience is that you cannot carry it onto the plane. When flying internationally, we recommend shipping it beforehand. For example, if your wedding is in Canada and you live in the States, ship your Bottle Breachers to an address in Canada 2-3 weeks before your wedding. We can ship them internationally for you if you indicate that as your shipping address when you purchase.

Lost Mail: We are not responsible for any errors made by any postal service. If your package has not been received within 3 weeks (US) or 6 weeks (international) of receiving your shipping notification email, please Contact Us. All lost, stolen, and undeliverable packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer if insurance is not added.

Returned Mail: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

Refused/Unclaimed Mail: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded. If the package does return back to Bottle Breacher we will contact you for a resolution.

International: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery. To remain ethical in our business practices, we cannot mark international shipments as “Gifts” unless your order is an actual gift. If it is, please make note in the comments section of your order so we mark your order as a gift. Bottle Breacher is not responsible for confiscated, destroyed, or rejected shipments by customs.

Processing Times

Wait times can change when we air on National TV and Holiday Seasons, increasing wait times overnight. Please leave yourself enough time when purchasing for lead times and shipping. Until your package ships it will remain as “Processing” when you look it up on the site.

If you need an item sooner please Contact Us before purchasing as notes left at checkout are not seen immediately. We try and accommodate for Weddings and Holidays when we can!

Please note if your order falls on a Postal Holiday, it will be sent the next business day. Our office is closed weekends and holidays.

Shipping

We ship with the address that is provided at checkout. Look over your shipping address before you place the order as it cannot be changed.

We cannot guarantee any shipping and/or carrier comments/requests left in the “order instructions/comments” box that appears during checkout, as well as requested via email.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that allows you to track your package if shipping within the US.
